Classes are suitable to provide adapted exercises for disabled customers.

Body Conditioning

A whole body workout that can improve your overall fitness. Body conditioning classes involve a high energy, high impact workout and typically involve a combination of aerobics and toning.

Chair based

This gentle, chair-based class is great for improving your posture and balance and is suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Pilates

This is a mat-based class focusing on strengthening the back and abdominal muscles. The emphasis is on small, controlled flowing movements and conscious muscular control. Reduce your stress and feel uplifted.

Spinning

Spinning is a replication of outdoor cycling that’s done indoors on specially designed stationary bikes. The instructor guides the class along simulations of flat roads and hills. We also have 2 Krank cycles which allow for an upper arm work out.

Seated Dance

The class fuses together music and dance to inspire participants to move, reminisce and converse, whilst having fun!

Seated Stretch, Tone and Relaxation

A gentle seat based class using light weights to stretch, tone and relax the body.

Seated Tai Chi

Combines gentle movements, breathing exercises and stretching whilst seated.

Tea and Tone

Stretch, tone and strengthen muscles using gentle exercises and join us for a cup of tea afterwards!!

Yoga

Relax and tone using deep stretch and yoga postures. Good for mind, body and soul.
