Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness class that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering a full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.

Combat Blast

Combat Blast is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact.

Powerhoop

Using a weighted hoop, this class includes resistance-training, cardio-aerobics, stretching, dance and Pilates-based exercises.

Spin / Krank

Spinning is a replication of outdoor cycling that’s done indoors on specially designed stationary bikes. The instructor guides the class along simulations of flat roads and hills. Aspire have 14 spin bikes and 2 Krank cycles for upper arm workout.

Seated Dance

The class fuses together music and dance to inspire participants to move, reminisce and converse, whilst having fun!

Tea and Tone

Stretch, tone and strengthen muscles using gentle exercises and join us for a cup of tea afterwards!
