Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness class that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering a full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.


Featuring simple dance moves, DanceFit is a great way to shape up - based on Strictly Come Dancing!


Using a weighted hoop, this class includes resistance-training, cardio-aerobics, stretching, dance and Pilates-based exercises.


Spinning is a replication of outdoor cycling that’s done indoors on specially designed stationary bikes. The instructor guides the class along simulations of flat roads and hills.

Seated Dance

The class fuses together music and dance to inspire participants to move, reminisce and converse, whilst having fun!

Tea and Tone

Stretch, tone and strengthen muscles using gentle exercises and join us for a cup of tea afterwards!


The Zumba® programme fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness programme that will blow you away.


Total body workout for all levels consisting of 20 minutes aerobics, 20 minutes toning and 20 minutes stretching.  This class is designed to tone muscles and strengthen your cardiovascular system.
