This week we have moved to a new provider for our online memberships and members bookings. This new system has some really positive benefits which include an easier member journey and enhanced communication tools.  We want to thank you for your patience whilst we get everything set up as this is a big change for us.

You can now login following the steps below. Please read all of the information carefully.

Please follow the steps below to setup the online ClubRight app:

  • Step 1: Download our ClubRight app:
  • Step 2: Download the app from the app store and open the app
  • Step 3: Enter your email address - you will now be emailed a one-time passcode.
  • Step 4: Enter the one-time passcode in the app
  • Step 5: You will now be logged in and asked to setup your password.

    You will also be able to make bookings and purchase memberships via our website.

    *Please only book the activities you plan on coming to, particularly for Aqua which often has a long waiting list.

    From 1st February there will be a QR code scanner at reception and in the gym. Using the App, please scan yourself in for sessions. If you don’t have your phone with you, that’s fine, just let a member of staff know you are here. Please can we ask that everyone signs in.

    The Aspire team are still learning the new system and we are sure that there will some issues that will arise. We appreciate your patience whilst we get up to speed.

    To freeze a membership (up to 3 months maximum) or to cancel (giving us a months’ notice), please email [email protected]

    If there has been an issue with your direct debit payment, please also email [email protected] and will aim to resolve this as quickly as possible.

    We hope to launch swim passes and spin classes in the coming weeks.
