Personal training is available to both disabled and non-disabled clients, including those referred by medical practitioners. Aquatic and sports therapy with a unique approach to relieve pain, improve fitness and support mobility. Unique one-to-one Aqua Stretch sessions. Weekly Aqua Therapy classes on Thursday mornings at 10:00am. South East and London based Wheelchair Rugby Club providing opportunities for new players to develop in the sport and reach Paralympic Glory. London Titans welcome players of all ages and abilities, but the sport is primarily played by people with a permanent lower limb disability. Weekly training is held at Aspire Leisure Centre on Saturdays 2:00pm - 6:00pm. Gymnastics Club registered with British Gymnastics based over 3 venues within North London. North London Gymnastics train at Aspire on Monday evenings during term time only. The London Spinal Cord Injury Centre (LSCIC) at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital is one of only 11 centres in the UK designated to receive and treat patients with Spinal Cord Injury. The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital uses Aspire Leisure Centre’s facilities for rehabilitation throughout the week.
