Aspire Leisure Centre is part of the national Spinal Cord Injury charity Aspire. Through our projects and programmes, Aspire supports more than 105,000 people across the UK with Spinal Cord Injury to live independent and fulfilling lives.

Level 2 Swimming Teacher - Casual

Are you a qualified STA or SEQ Level 2 Swimming Teacher with a passion for helping others build confidence in the water? We’re looking for enthusiastic and professional instructors to join our friendly and growing Swim School Team on a casual basis. We offer flexible hours throughout term time and school holidays.

At Aspire, our Swim School followings the Swim England Teaching Plan and teaches over 1,000 pupils – from beginners to more advanced swimmers. Our group sizes are deliberately small (6–8 children) so you can focus on quality teaching and individual progress. We also run rewarding one-to-one sessions for disabled swimmers.

As a Swimming Teacher, you’ll:
