Our pool is 25 metres long and is maintained between 30-32 degrees, making it ideal for the very young, old or those with conditions that are temperature sensitive. It has full ramped access, removing the need for hoists for wheelchair users. Read more

Swimming Lessons

At Aspire we provide a calm and relaxed environment where anyone can learn to swim or improve their technique. All our swimming instructors are qualified to Swim England standard or equivalent. Read more

Aqua Classes

Our Aqua Classes are water based, low impact group exercise classes that are ideal for all fitness and experience levels. We offer aqua sessions to help tone muscles, burn fat and also specialist pool based exercise for disabled customers. Read more
