How do I see my child’s progress?

Progress can be viewed on client hub the link for is Login (morleisure.co.uk)

Username is usually your email address. If you have forgotten your password please use the forgotten password option. You can also message us via the portal.

How are payments made?

Everyone on the Swimschool is on a monthly direct debit that comes out around the 15th of the month. Places are not secured in the swim school until the direct debit is set up. The direct debit amount changes depending on how many weeks and months there are in the term. (example September is 15 weeks with four month which equals four monthly payments)

I want to change the time:

Email [email protected]  to see what is available and if there is not a time that is suitable the pupil will be added to the wish list and contacted when a space becomes available. Spaces cannot be reserved and are sold on a first come first served basis.

Is my child ready to move up?

If your child is ready to move up you will be contacted by the swim school admin team who will look to find a suitable slot for you.

I want adult lessons but don’t know what stage I am:

We have two adult classes, improvers and beginners. If you cannot swim a length on your front and back and breathe to the side, you must go into a beginner class.

I don’t know what stage my child should be:

We do assessments on Saturdays during term time between 11:45-12:00, please email [email protected] to book, once your child has been assessed you can speak to the swim school admin team to see if space is available in the appropriate stage.

What are the stages?

Parent and baby- 6-18 months

Parent and toddler – 18 months – 3 years old

Ducklings – 3-4 years old

Stages 1-10 – 5-15 years old

Rookie lifeguard – must have reached minimum of stage 5.

Adult beginner/improver – 16+

One to one (only for children with registered disabilities) – 5-15 years old

Bridging juniors – under 16

Bridging senior/plus – 16+

I want to cancel:

There is a two-week cancellation policy and this must be done via email to [email protected]  payments will be adjusted accordingly depending on when you cancel. If you wish to stop lessons at the end of term, inform us of it via email and you will remove after the final week and no further payments will be taken.

What is the renewal process from one term to another:

If you are set up on direct debit you will be automatically moved over to the new term on your current day. The time of the class will likely be the same however these times are subject to change.

If you pay upfront for the term (subject to Swimschool manager’s decision), you will then be asked to make full payment by a certain date before the next term starts.

If you wish to make changes to the time or day you have been allocated you can reply back to the email requesting the change however this is not guaranteed. If we cannot action this we will then add this to our wish list as a request.

How many students can you have per class:

At Aspire, we aim to keep our class sizes to 6 - 8 pupils per class.

Do I have to be a member:

Our lessons are available for both members and non members.

Do we need to bring anything like armbands etc:

All equipment needed for the lessons is supplied by us. You just need to bring your swimming wear, towel and wash kit.

Do you do one to ones for non-disabled people:

Unfortunately no, these are for disabled people only.

Do you offer a trial session:

Due to running our lessons at almost full capacity we are unable to offer trial lessons.

I have another child who I would like to attend lessons, do they get any priority:

Yes, all siblings get priority and get placed at the top of the waiting list.
