Terms and Conditions

  • Aspire reserves the right to change the advertised programme where unavoidable.
  • All camp fees should be paid in full at the time of booking. Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • No refund will be given for unforeseen circumstances beyond Aspires control i.e. weather, structural damage.
  • Aspire cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged personal belongings.
  • 1-2-1 care will not be provided by Aspire. Children needing 1-2-1 care must come to Aspire on camp with their carer/assistant.
  • Refunds will not be issued for children needing 1-2-1 care, who do not come with a carer/assistant on the day they are scheduled for camp. 
  • No credit, refund and make up session will be given for missed days.
  • Parents are responsible for children until signed in on the register.
  • Please note that there will be a £5 per head fee per 15 minutes that a child is collected after 4.30pm
  • Aspire request that all communication be directed to the Customer service team leader. 
  • Children returning from a holiday abroad need to follow the quarantine rules. Refunds will not be issued if a child is in quarantine following a holiday abroad.
  • If you child is required to isolate by test and trace, you must inform us as soon as possible and provide confirmation of the positive test. We will then endeavour to re-book you for another day. If no suitable day can be found, then a credit will be issued.
  • Children should not attend camp if they are displaying symptoms of COVID-19.
