Terms and Conditions

• Refunds will not be issued for cancelled parties.
• Aspire staff do not supervise the party food area, therefore parental
  supervision is required.
• Party hosts and lifeguards should be made aware of any
  children with medical conditions.
• Photography is only permitted when booking exclusive use of
  facilities.
• Unfortunately, due to the way our fire alarm operates
  we are unable to allow candles to be lit on birthday cakes.
• Children under 5 are welcome to join Swimming pool Parties but
  must be accompanied in the water by a parent/guardian.
• For our pool parties, any child under 8 must be
  accompanied in the pool by an adult to a ratio of 1 adult to 2
  under 8’s.
