Centre Manager Update – 12th June 2026

As the World Cup has kicked off, our fitness team have launched a keepy-uppy challenge for customers and are encouraging everyone to wear their team’s football shirt. Ask a gym instructor next time you’re in if you’d like to find out more.

Maintenance Updates:

We have ordered a new speaker for the Aquafit classes, which should arrive sometime next week.

The part required for the Octane machine in the gym is also on order.

Centre Manager Update – 5th June 2026

As we head into June, the team are very excited about the World Cup and our staff sweepstake! Well done to Tom for organising it and for continuing his fundraising for Aspire.

This week is Volunteers’ Week, and we are celebrating all the wonderful volunteers across the organisation who help us raise vital funds to support people with spinal cord injury.

 

Maintenance Updates:

This week, we have had the balance tank for the swimming pool cleaned.

New hooks have been installed in the toilets and shower rooms by the pool.

Isolation valves have been changed on some of our pipework in the plant room.

The pool underwater lights are being repaired today.

Sky Q will be installed in the fitness studio on Monday 8th June.
