As you will know, we are currently only open to Premier Members and this will be until September at the earliest. There are a few reasons for this:

  1. Due to the number people we are allowed in the building at anyone time
  2. Limited spaces available for Swimming, Gym and Fitness Classes
  3. Reduced timetable that is not over crowed with long waiting lists
  4. To be able to keep a record of attendance for test and trace
  5. To test the procedures and measures we have put in place
  6. To set up our leisure management system to enable online payments at time of booking.

In total we have around 1,500 Premier Members and 1,700 centre card members and we can't accommodate everyone within the government guidance.

Due to some premier members not wanting to return in August we do have some availability for centre card member to upgrade for the month. There is no contract and we just need a months notice to cancel. This is a good option if you are planning on using the facilities 3 times a week or more. To do this please contact the memberships team [email protected]

We have had a lot of enquiries too for badminton and whilst we cannot allow one off court bookings we can set up a block booking for August, providing it is for the same time each week and there must be no more than 4 players per court. To book this, please email [email protected]

We apologise for the inconvenience this causes and we know how much our facilities and services mean to so many of you, not least the disabled community, but we hope you understand and will continue to support the charity through this tough time.

Thank you again for your continued support.
