This May we are running a 10,000 calories burn fundraising challenge!

All you need to do is record the number of calories burnt per day whilst attending the centre. We would also like you to take part in fundraising for Aspire whilst you take on the challenge!

Simply start fundraising at https://www.justgiving.com/campaign/May10kCalorieBurnChallenge 

Collect your record sheet from Reception from 29th April. Anyone who takes part will be entered into a prize draw to win a months free membership. Anyone completing the 10,000 calorie challenge will be entered into a further prize draw to win 2 months free membership!

Terms of the challenge:

  • Only calories burnt between dates shown will count
  • Only calories burnt at Aspire Leisure Centre will count
  • Calories values can be taken from gym equipment, fitness trackers and our table below
