• Aspire reserves the right to change a course at its discretion and has the right to replace advertised instructors or amend the programme where unavoidable.
  • Customers should setup a GoCardless account for direct debits. Failure to make payment may result in cancellations of all future lessons.
  • Direct debits are calculated by: price per lesson X no. of weeks in the term, divided by the number of months in the term. As such, no collections are taken in August and the monthly amount may change each term depending on the number of weeks.
  • Direct debits are collected on or around the 15th of the month.
  • To cancel swimming lessons, this should be done via an email to Swimschool at the end of the term. If you wish to cancel during the term we require at least 2 weeks’ notice in writing and we will calculate if any monies are owed.
  • Courses are non-refundable under any circumstances once the booking has been made.
  • No refund will be given for unforeseen circumstances beyond Aspire’s control i.e. weather, structural damage.
  • No credit, refund or make up lesson will be given for missed lessons and sickness.
  • The re-booking process will guarantee a customer a place within the new term. It will not however guarantee a specific time slot or day.
  • Your child’s lesson could be cancelled if 3 or more consecutive lessons are missed without informing us
  • Parents are responsible for the supervision of children in the changing area.
  • Aspire requests that all communication is directed to us via the Swimschool email address or via the client portal.
  • By making payment you are agreeing that you have read, understood, and accepted our terms and conditions.
  • Where members are eligible to receive a discount, you will need to provide your Membership ID number and explain that the swimmer is a member. Should you fail to let us know or provide the ID number you will be charged the full price and will not be eligible for a refund of the difference.
