Komal Bhatt

Komal has been a member of Aspire Leisure Centre since August 2016, however she has been regularly attending since February 2017. Komal first heard of Aspire through friends and family.

She attends a variety of exercise classes, including Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Body Sculpt and Body conditioning, attending 5-6 times a week and on Tuesdays she even comes twice in one day!

What Komal enjoys most about Aspire is the variety of group exercise classes available to attend; the staff and other members attending the classes are all very friendly.

When asked about the goals Komal has achieved she says “Since February I have been dedicated to my fitness and in the space of 4 months I have lost 9kg”. Komal would recommend Aspire to friends and family.
